Password Change Procedure

Active Directory (Computer/ClassLink)

If you have forgotten your password and need it to be reset, please enter a HelpDesk ticket or call the HelpDesk extension.

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard
  2. Click "Change a password"
  3. Enter your old password in the "Old password" box
  4. Enter your new password in the "New password" box
  5. Enter your new password again in the "Confirm password" box to confirm
  6. Press Enter on the keyboard to submit.

Please note that your new password must meet the staff password requirements. See this KB article for more information.

Google (Chromebooks/GMail/Google Classroom)

 If you have forgotten your password and need it to be reset, please enter a HelpDesk ticket or call the HelpDesk extension.

  1. From a web browser, log in to accounts.google.com
  2. Click "Sign-in & Security"
  3. On the left side of the window, click "Signing in to Google" under the "Sign-in & security" heading
  4. In the body of the window click "Password"
  5. Enter your current password and click "Next"
  6. Enter your new password in the "New password" box
  7. Enter your new password again in the "Confirm new password" box
  8. Click "Change Password"
