Set the Print Code for a Ricoh Copier

  1. Right click onOpen the Start menu and clickWindows Control Panel
      1. This can be done by selecting the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the taskbar

    click
  2. Select View devices and printers under the Hardware and Sound section

  3. Right click on the printer and clickselect Printing Preferences
  4. ClickSelect the DetailedUser SettingsCode Setting tab
  5. Clickbutton in the upper-right corner of the JobBasic Setup menutab item

  6. Enter your print code in the User Code  boxprint-codes-ricoh-01.png
  7. Click Apply thenSelect OK to close the User Code Setting
  8. Select OK to apply the new printer preferences
