Set the Print Code for a Ricoh Copier

  1. Right click on the Start menu and click Control Panel
  2. Under Hardware and Sound click View devices and printers
  3. Right click on the printer and click Printing Preferences
  4. Click the Detailed Settings tab
  5. Click the Job Setup menu item
  6. Enter your print code in the User Code boxprint-codes-ricoh-01.png
  7. Click Apply then OK
